About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Eclipse Massage & Spa is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while representing the company. This role involves managing client interactions, booking appointments, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. The ideal candidate will have a cheerful demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exemplary customer service at all times.
  • Greet and acknowledge clients upon arrival and departure.
  • Book appointments over the phone and in person.
  • Keep track of inventory and manage client check-ins and check-outs.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the spa environment.
  • Explain services offered and provide tours of the facility.
  • Receive and process payments from clients.
  • Promote and sell spa services and retail products.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls effectively.
  • Understand and execute opening and closing procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be over 21 years old.
  • Sales experience required, preferably in a spa or salon setting.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Trustworthy, organized, reliable, and dependable.

Nice-to-haves

  • Spa experience preferred.
