About the position

Sierra Oxygen Service is looking for a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service and manage front desk inquiries. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Coordinating with the billing department to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Providing excellent customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive customer information
• Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient and effective workflow
• Accurately inputting data

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a billing-related role
• Preferred work experience in the DME industry and the ability to use Brightree
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing policies and procedures
