• Proactively collaborate with nursing evaluators to ensure that tests are set up correctly.
• Use problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer inquiries.
• Process customer applications efficiently and accurately.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and track customer data and communications.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience in a call center customer service environment
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in order entry and processing
• Ability to schedule appointments and manage a calendar
• Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset
• Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring clear and effective communication
