About the position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Soapy Joe's is responsible for providing an exceptional service experience to members and potential members. This role serves as the first point of contact, ensuring a safe, speedy, and friendly experience for car wash customers. The CSR is integral to increasing memberships and customer satisfaction while maintaining high service standards in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first impression of the Soapy Joe's experience to members and potential members.
  • Provide a safe, speedy, clean, and friendly experience to car wash customers.
  • Increase memberships by effectively communicating the value of membership to customers.
  • Maintain perfect uniform standards and be 'show-ready' at all times.
  • Provide exceptional service and create a positive experience for members and guests.
  • Support processing cars through the queue to increase efficiency.
  • Complete a variety of training to onboard and develop skills for the position.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent desired.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions (sun, rain, wind, heat, confined spaces).
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
  • Positive attitude and ability to be a friendly team player.
  • Ability to communicate clearly through both verbal and written form.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., lift overhead, twist and turn body when appropriate.
  • Able to consistently operate a computer or other electronic device.
