About the position

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Dacotah Bank, you will connect with customers to build trusted relationships and assist them in achieving their financial goals. This role involves handling general banking transactions and providing exceptional customer service, while also offering opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the bank.

Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer service to clients.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Manage retail transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Promote and explain deposit products and services to customers.
  • Assist customers in accessing other banking products and services.

Requirements

  • Preferred experience in cash handling, customer service, sales, or banking.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication in person and over the phone.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and use various software applications.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in a business-related field preferred.
