Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to guests from various parts of the world during their travels.
  • Create a simple experience for customers, generating brand loyalty and responding to inquiries about property facilities and services.
  • Process reservation requests and respond to basic customer service inquiries from loyal customers.
  • Identify guests' reservation needs and implement sales techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding special requests and loyalty guidelines.
  • Assist and guide customers in problem resolution while maintaining open communication with Marriott properties and related contacts.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and protect the privacy of proprietary information.
  • Welcome and assist all guests according to company standards, anticipating their service needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, supporting team goals and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
  • No prior related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
