About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Greentec Auto is responsible for managing customer support and warranty claims for hybrid and electric vehicle battery rebuilding services. Responsibilities

  • Handle customer support and warranty claims from previous customers.
  • Answer customer phone calls and gather necessary information for warranty processing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Utilize basic computer skills to manage customer information and claims.
  • Organize and maintain records related to customer interactions and claims.

Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
  • 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone etiquette.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly phone presence.
