About the position

As an Entry Level Customer Service Representative at our small business consulting firm in Oklahoma City, you will play a crucial role in connecting with prospective customers and decision-makers. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships, conduct educational product presentations, facilitate the order process, and drive customer retention, all while providing customized sales and advertising solutions that enhance brand recognition and increase revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new relationships with customers by using a high degree of empathy and interpersonal skills
  • Provide customers with product and service information, answer questions thoroughly and confidently, and handle concerns and complaints with the utmost care
  • Assess the customer's wants and needs and provide tailored product recommendations focusing on the quality of the products and brand
  • Achieve customer satisfaction ratings by using consultative sales techniques and active listening skills to build genuine relationships with customers
  • Identify issues and work cross-functionally with the Sales team to determine the best solution and drive growth in an assigned market
  • Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of all products, services, and promotions available
