About the position

The Customer Service Representative at NR Consulting LLC is responsible for providing support to customers by creating fare cards, responding to inquiries, and managing data entry tasks. This role requires extensive training in specific systems to effectively assist the public and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Create Cards for general public and reduced fare customers utilizing the AFC system and TOM.
  • Respond to customer e-mails and complaints.
  • Answer telephone calls and provide assistance to customers.
  • Input data into the web-based mailing system and various spreadsheets.
  • Mail reduced fare Charlie Cards to customers.
  • Update the TAP (Transportation Access Pass) database.
  • Perform various other duties to assist with servicing customers.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and another language.
  • 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Entry-level position.
