About the position

Join the Adecco team as a Customer Service Representative II, where you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries and ensuring smooth operations with delivery drivers. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to solve problems effectively, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and managing multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer calls and help with questions or issues.
  • Keep track of delivery drivers and ensure schedules are maintained.
  • Check in with customers to assess service quality and resolve any issues.
  • Review driver notes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Make calls to customers and document interactions.
  • Dispatch drivers and track their routes effectively.
  • Enter data and create daily reports to monitor performance.
  • Maintain professionalism while addressing customer problems.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask effectively on a computer.

Nice-to-haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
