About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Dal-Tile plays a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and coordination between the company and its customers. This position involves providing high-quality service and support, processing sales orders, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer account management including order entry, inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check, and transportation management.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls using Automated Call Distribution (ACD).
  • Key in orders, process faxes, and prepare reports.
  • Interface with internal teams and SSCs to address customer inquiries and order issues from entry to delivery.
  • Respond to customer needs and inquiries promptly.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.
  • 2 or more years of call center or customer service experience.
  • Focus on customer account management preferred.
