The Customer Service Representative at Myers Aubrey Company, LLC is responsible for managing customer purchase orders and ensuring a seamless order processing experience. Responsibilities

  • Review customer POs and match them with sales quotes to ensure accuracy in part numbers, pricing, and other order details.
  • Process customer orders by converting sales quotes into purchase orders.
  • Verify all order details, including part numbers and pricing, before processing orders.
  • Create and submit POs to the factory to fulfill customer orders at the correct price.
  • Communicate with customers by sending order acknowledgments, confirming expected ship dates, and ensuring all details are correct.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address any technical questions or issues related to the orders.
  • Manage emails and maintain accurate records of all orders and correspondence.
  • Use company-specific software for order entry and processing.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple orders simultaneously, maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Requirements
