  • Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Experience with cash handling is beneficial.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on client services.
