About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Enjet Aero serves as a crucial link between customers and the company, ensuring effective communication and management of customer orders and documentation. This role is essential for maintaining professional relationships and facilitating the flow of information among various internal teams, including sales, materials, manufacturing, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enter customer sales orders and change orders as necessary.
• Compile required documentation from customers for contract or request for quote review process.
• Communicate with customers regarding missing documentation.
• Follow up with customers on all issues relating to contracts, quotes, and sales orders.
• Act as the primary customer contact to process customer orders and input data into the ERP system.
• Maintain internal intranet for contracts and request for quotes (RFQ).
• Reconcile the MRP system backlog to customer portal schedules and ensure all customer schedules are updated in the ERP system (Epicor).
• Process customer product returns in a timely manner according to documented procedures.
• Work closely with Operations on contract and quote administration and customer follow-up.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' customer service-related experience required.
• Strong communication skills are required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Proven ability to navigate and operate ERP systems, experience with Epicor is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize work to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
