Responsibilities

  • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Assist in client services by resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Type correspondence and documentation as needed to support customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and address common issues.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Must be bilingual in English & Spanish fluently.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective interaction with clients.
  • Proficiency in office software applications is required for data entry and documentation tasks.
  • Ability to analyze situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
  • A friendly attitude with a strong commitment to providing excellent client services is crucial.
