About the position

Hubbard Feeds, an Alltech® company, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team in Billings, MT. This role is essential for managing day-to-day interactions with customers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between dealers and the company. The representative will handle customer inquiries, take orders, and maintain relationships to support product sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming telephone calls and direct calls as needed.
• Take customer orders and coordinate shipment scheduling with dealers in an organized manner and on a timely basis.
• Handle invoicing tasks.
• Maintain a good working relationship with dealers/customers and Hubbard plants to ensure smooth sales and transportation processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience working in an office environment.
• Previous experience in an Ag-related industry is beneficial.
