We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Carrollton, TX. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service within the print and packaging industries, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and project management skills. The representative will handle customer inquiries, manage orders, and ensure accuracy in all processes related to print and packaging.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and provide solutions to issues in a professional manner.
• Review orders and proofs meticulously to ensure accuracy at every stage.
• Utilize CRM systems and order management tools to track and manage customer orders.
• Communicate effectively with customers to manage expectations and resolve issues.
• Prioritize and manage multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role within the print, packaging, or related industries.
• Solid understanding of print processes (digital, offset) and packaging materials (substrates, coatings, die-cutting, finishing).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and resolve issues efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple orders.

Nice-to-haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, communications, graphic design, or a related field.
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
