The Customer Service Representative role at Taylor Rental/Party Plus involves assisting customers with their wedding and party rental needs, both in the showroom and over the phone. The representative plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers throughout their event planning process, providing product recommendations and managing rental orders.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their rental requirements.
• Provide product recommendations and answer inquiries.
• Assist customers in selecting the right equipment and decor.
• Answer phones and process rental orders.
• Manage reservations and assist with party planning, including suitable quantities, themes, and setup suggestions.
• Keep the showroom organized and attractive.
• Occasionally assist with out-of-office setups.
• Assist with some inventory management to ensure future orders can be fulfilled.
• Coordinate with the purchasing team to replenish supplies and address any inventory discrepancies.

Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be computer literate and detail-oriented.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual is welcome.
