About the position

The Customer Service Representative at Dal-Tile plays a crucial role in ensuring effective communication and support between the company and its customers. This position involves managing customer accounts, processing sales orders, and resolving product or service issues while providing high-quality service in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer account management including order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check, and transportation management.
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls using Automated Call Distribution (ACD).
  • Key in orders, process faxes, and prepare reports.
  • Interface with various internal teams and SSCs to address customer inquiries and order issues from entry to delivery.
  • Respond to customer needs and inquiries.
  • Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency is required.
  • 2 or more years of call center or customer service experience.
  • Focus on customer account management preferred.
