Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of consumer collection accounts with autonomy.
  • Leverage multiple systems to gain insights into each consumer's financial landscape.
  • Analyze personal financial details to craft effective resolutions.
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in every interaction.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and legal guidelines in all consumer engagements.
  • Achieve and surpass monthly production goals.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements through various channels with skill.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating consistent effort and adaptability.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with a persuasive approach.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with FDCPA and related collection laws is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Familiarity with FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) and related collection laws.
