About the position

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Hall's Culligan Water, you will play a vital role in ensuring customers receive a positive experience. This position involves addressing inquiries, providing solutions, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with customers, possess strong product knowledge, and effectively manage their time to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, text, and email.
  • Effectively address customer concerns and troubleshoot problems.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of products and services.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems effectively.
  • Manage and prioritize tasks to meet performance goals.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in service software.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role preferred.
  • 2+ years' experience in a call center environment.
  • 2+ years' experience working with Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in Collections is preferred.
