About the position

Responsibilities

  • Monitor alarm systems for signals and respond accordingly.
  • Place outgoing calls to verify alarms and dispatch authorities as needed.
  • Document incidents and actions taken in the system accurately.
  • Participate in a five-week paid training program to learn about the dispatch operator role and procedures.
  • Engage in a Completion Bonus Program to earn bonuses in the first year.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Minimum of six months of customer service experience; one year or more call center experience preferred.
