About the position

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Software Support Representative to join our billing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making at least 140 outbound calls per day to support our software users. This role requires excellent typing skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Make a minimum of 140 outbound calls daily to assist and support software users.
  • Accurately document and update customer interactions in our system.
  • Provide clear and concise information to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues.
  • Work closely with the support team to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Requirements

  • 9 months to 2 years of call center experience.
  • Excellent typing skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
