About the position

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and enhance customer experience.
  • Conduct data entry tasks as required to update customer information.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs.

Requirements

  • Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
  • Proven experience in customer support or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with sales techniques to assist in promoting products or services.
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers on calls or chats.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish are highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience working in a call center environment is a plus.
