About the position

Masis Professional Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback or inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while communicating with customers from diverse backgrounds.
  • Assist in sales efforts by promoting additional products or services when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on delivering excellent support.
  • Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
  • Experience in sales or office environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with computerized systems for data entry and record management.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in outbound calling is advantageous but not required.
