About the position

The Customer Service Representative will be a key member of the Customer Care team, responsible for maintaining high standards of customer relationships and providing support to customers in the consumer products industry. This role involves problem-solving, effective communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and accurate service.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain outstanding customer relationship standards through call quality and problem-solving.
  • Provide support to customers regarding delivery status, back-order inquiries, and other order fulfillment issues.
  • Resolve customer concerns and follow proper escalation channels as needed.
  • Ensure follow-through on all commitments made to customers and process requests accurately and timely.
  • Proactively communicate potential service issues to customers and internal personnel.

Requirements

  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • 1 year of Microsoft Office experience
  • Customer-facing experience
  • 40 WPM typing speed for data entry purposes
