Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Provide detailed product information to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of TELETIES products and services to offer knowledgeable support.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
  • Identify and report trends in customer feedback to help improve our products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
