About the position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the point of contact for customer requests, welcoming guests to your FBO and being the friendly voice at the end of the phone. Jet Access Customer Service Representatives are team oriented and work with our Line Service Technicians to anticipate the needs of our customers. While working in a fast-paced environment, our Customer Service Representatives have attention to detail and the ability to multitask, all while keeping a warm and friendly attitude. And no previous aviation experience is required!

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive, personalized customer experience to all general Aviation Clientele.
  • Offer concierge level services including hotel, catering, and ground transportation scheduling.
  • Coordinate services, such as aircraft fueling, GPU, Lavatory Service, and hangar storage.
  • Effectively communicate via air-to-ground radio and ground-to-ground radio, in addition to other forms of communication.
  • Educate customers on available services, promotions and programs.
  • Operate Point of Sale, including processing customer invoices, and reconciliation of aging reports.
  • Ensure the location is safe and in compliance with all Safety Requirements.
  • Answer customer questions and resolve issues as necessary.
  • Upsell customers to increase revenue at your assigned location.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for customers, co-workers, and visitors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) equivalent.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Must possess a valid state Driver's License.
  • Ability to read and respond to E-Mail communications.
  • Must possess a professional appearance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Previous FBO experience a plus, but not required.
