Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various channels including email, phone, and social media.
  • Provide product and service information to customers and identify upselling opportunities when appropriate.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow-up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in a comprehensible way.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to develop strategies to improve quality of customer service.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to understand the customers' needs and implement necessary changes.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and promotional offers.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required, higher education levels preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years customer support experience.
  • Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to adapt/respond in different situations and to different customer types.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Available to work in shifts.
