About the position

The Customer Service Representative role at a facilities maintenance company in west Tampa focuses on enhancing the customer experience by providing exceptional service to clients and field leadership. The position requires effective management of communication and documentation, ensuring timely responses and thorough reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer service to Field Leadership and/or Clients.
  • Effectively manage a large volume of emails daily.
  • Monitor/address general emails received in relation to assigned job duties in a timely fashion.
  • Create, update and maintain spreadsheets and other documents utilizing primarily G-Suite products (Google Sheets, Slides, etc.).
  • Complete assigned reports in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service with a minimum of 1 year of recent experience.
  • Well organized and ability to manage multiple priorities on a daily basis.
  • Work independently and highly self-motivated.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrate initiative, attention to detail, thoroughness, dependability, tact, and courtesy; ability to work in a team environment.
