About the position

The Customer Service Representative role at Second Round involves providing exceptional client support in a business-to-business environment. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. This full-time position offers a weekday-only schedule with no nights or weekends, and includes opportunities for bonuses and a hybrid work schedule after 90 days.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls from clients
  • Process files and payments using Excel and internal systems
  • Provide accurate and complete information using our systems
  • Independently work through assignments to achieve maximum client satisfaction
  • Follow procedures, guidelines and policies

Requirements

  • Proven client support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Strong Excel experience is required
  • Strong phone skills and active listening
  • Dependability is a must
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
