About the position

The Customer Service Representative role is focused on providing exceptional support to the wildland fire community. This position emphasizes teamwork, positive behavior, and effective communication to ensure a satisfactory buying experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, in-person, and email, including assistance with orders, shipping, and product inquiries.
  • Resolve shipping issues, manage returns and exchanges, and conduct in-person boot fittings and product assistance.
  • Maintain confidentiality for government agency clients while ensuring accurate information delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, displaying patience and empathy.
  • Basic computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to work hard and eagerness to learn about the wildland fire industry.
