About the position

The Customer Service Representative I at AANSEACORE INC. is responsible for handling operational and administrative tasks with a focus on data review and entry. This role requires effective communication and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and ensure accurate processing of information under direct supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, evaluate, and respond to customer inquiries via phone or correspondence in a timely manner.
  • Complete a variety of operational and administrative work assignments under limited supervision, following general instruction for new or special tasks.
  • Review and process data efficiently, ensuring accuracy in operations.
  • Identify patterns from partial or conflicting data to help implement solutions to operational or administrative problems.
  • Communicate with other departments and outside organizations when necessary, ensuring accurate and sensitive information is relayed as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Less than two years of related experience in an operational or administrative role.
  • Knowledge of essential processes or procedures, such as payroll, administrative assistance, production coordination, or data processing.
  • In-depth knowledge or multi-skilled experience achieved through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze non-standard operational or administrative issues.
  • Ability to communicate sensitive information with other departments or external organizations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in payroll (2 years preferred).
  • Experience as an Administrative Assistant (4 years preferred).
