American Speed Wash is seeking Customer Service Representatives for their new location in Mesa, AZ. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment at a rapidly growing express car wash company. The position offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with immediate start dates available.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service throughout their car washing experience.
• Greet customers and guide cars into the wash tunnel.
• Clean and maintain the property to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Assist in sales-oriented tasks to promote services offered by the car wash.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• 1 year of customer service experience (preferred).
• 1 year of management experience (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in a car wash environment (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

• Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not necessary.
