  • Uphold a patient-first attitude and foster a welcoming office culture.
  • Respond promptly to all correspondence and focus on delivering the best experience for every patient.
  • Participate in morning huddles prepared with relevant information.
  • Adhere strictly to HIPAA and OSHA guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Build strong relationships with patients to encourage referrals and repeat visits.
  • Complete new patient summaries and ensure proper follow-up for recare appointments.
  • Promote a sense of urgency in treatment planning.
  • Support team goals and be flexible to take on special projects.
  • Create solutions-focused strategies when challenges arise.
  • Cross-train to support team activities during busy periods.
