Responsibilities

• Interact with domestic and international customers in airport lobbies and gates.
• Assist customers with ticketing and baggage.
• Greet customers as they start and end their journey.

• Anticipate customer needs and maintain a strong sense of responsibility.
• Work with a safety mentality, ensuring compliance with United and FAA regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 18 years old.
• Fluency in English and Japanese.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies.
• Must pass a background check.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to work during day and night shifts, weekends, and holidays; mandatory overtime may be required.
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications.
• Ability to meet Company attendance standards and uniform and appearance standards.
