Responsibilities

• Find and build relationships with customers in property management and facilities maintenance.
• Educate customers on Surface Experts capabilities and limitations.
• Validate customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Earn customer trust through superior service and problem-solving.
• Document sales activities in CRM, tracking clients from lead to work order.
• Plan and execute sales strategy for the assigned territory.
• Conduct on-site visits, phone calls, and email follow-ups with 10+ contacts daily.

Requirements

• 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic personality.
• Licensed to operate a passenger car with a clean driving record.
• Professional, caring, and service-minded attitude.
