This role is fully remote, allowing agents to work from home while handling inbound calls and chats. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and chats from guests interested in travel experiences.
  • Sell and explain travel packages related to national parks.
  • Create unique customer service experiences for every interaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
  • Maintain a quiet and dedicated work-from-home environment.

Requirements

  • Flexibility to work until 7pm MST and on weekends.
  • Friendly and helpful attitude when communicating with guests and co-workers.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new information and processes.
  • Ability to create a unique customer service experience on every guest interaction.
  • Hardwired internet connection with a minimum of 40mbs download speed.
