About the position
The Customer Service/Sales Agent position at Xanterra Travel Collection involves providing exceptional customer service and sales support to guests seeking travel experiences at national parks. This role is fully remote, allowing agents to work from home while handling inbound calls and chats. Agents will be responsible for selling travel packages and creating memorable experiences for customers. The position offers opportunities for professional growth and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and chats from guests seeking travel experiences.
- Sell and explain travel packages related to national parks.
- Create unique customer service experiences for every interaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
- Maintain a quiet and dedicated work-from-home environment.
Requirements
- Flexibility to work until 7pm MST and weekends.
- Friendly and helpful attitude when communicating with guests and co-workers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new information and processes.
- Ability to create a unique customer service experience on every guest interaction.
- Hardwired internet with a minimum of 40mbs download speed.
