About the position
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries, purchases, and returns
- Provide accurate information about our products and services
- Order entries, enter shipments, process credit card charges
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin or Spanish
