About the position

The Customer Service Sales Associate at Ace Cash Express is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling various financial transactions. This role focuses on building connections with customers, educating them about products and services, and ensuring a secure and efficient store environment. Associates will work independently, managing multiple transactions and customer interactions throughout their shifts.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on products and services
• Listen to customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain store security and ensure a safe environment
• Provide card services and process MoneyGram transactions
• Complete Bill Pay transactions and cash checks

Requirements

• Cash handling experience (1 year+ required)
• Retail experience (1 year+ required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Sales experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision
• Availability to work 3-4 days per week for 10-12 hour shifts
• Positive, customer service-driven attitude
