Responsibilities

• Up-selling services and selling memberships
• Keeping the coffee area and lobby clean and organized during shifts
• Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer account questions
• Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and regulations
• Developing customer relationships
• Operating cash register and processing payments
• Using electronic scanners, cash registers, or related equipment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience with one employer
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills with an outgoing personality
• Ability to work long hours on your feet in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Open availability
