About the position

The Customer Service Representative (IPS) at Mike's Camera, Inc. is responsible for providing knowledgeable and professional service to customers interested in film and digital output services. This role emphasizes extraordinary customer service, personal engagement with clients, and continuous product education in a fun and creative work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide knowledgeable and professional service to customers in the Photofinishing department.
  • Deliver extraordinary service in film, digital processing, and photofinishing.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor in business relations with customers and colleagues.
  • Engage with customers on a personal level, fostering a positive relationship.
  • Educate customers on digital printing and output options.
  • Observe and replenish stock levels on the sales floor as needed.
  • Continuously update product knowledge on current and new industry products.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in photography or knowledge of photographic products.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook.
