Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with product offerings through regular training sessions.
• Proactively approach customers, assess their needs, and recommend the best products and services.
• Showcase and sell products in retail stores, kiosks, and events while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Assist customers with device setup and troubleshooting to ensure their satisfaction.
• Lead product training for retail associates, helping them build their knowledge and skills.
• Accurately track and report sales activity to ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain an organized and professional workstation or kiosk at all times.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of experience in sales, retail, telecom, or marketing is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Personal vehicle required for some positions.
• Full-time availability required (unless applying for an internship).
