Rain City Maids is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing team. This full-time position is primarily focused on sales, serving as the first point of contact for potential clients seeking house cleaning services. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer support to maintain high client satisfaction while achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide price quotes and information to new clients
• Follow up on leads who come in through the website
• Communicate with potential clients via phone, email, text, and website chat
• Schedule house cleaning services for clients
• Contact clients after service to ensure satisfaction
• Reach out to past clients to schedule service
• Consistently achieve sales goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience (phone sales required, preferably selling home services)
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
• Able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Desire to be a part of a growing company
