About the position

The Customer Service Sales Specialist role is designed for individuals eager to enhance their skills in customer service and sales within an authorized energy project. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work closely with a Senior Manager, gaining insights into effective sales strategies and customer engagement. The specialist will focus on expanding market share by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with potential customers to present solutions for products and services, guide them through the sales process, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the existing customer service and sales team, participate in client meetings, and contribute to performance evaluations and employee onboarding.
  • Support the daily growth and progress of our energy campaign.
  • Progress to training high-performing customer service and sales professionals after completing initial training.
  • Analyze the sales pipeline to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance performance.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to address customer concerns and maintain a positive sales experience.
  • Uphold our company culture and promote a high level of team engagement.

Requirements

  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience in business, sales, customer service, or management.
  • Experience in a client-facing or consumer-oriented role is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas, solutions, and concerns.
  • Proactive mindset with a readiness to take initiative and contribute to team goals.
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and creativity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and manage relationships across various teams and departments.
