About the position

We are seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. The primary responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, managing sales data in Salesforce, and assisting with various sales-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospective customers
  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes and proposals
  • Manage and update customer information in Salesforce
  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and follow up on sales inquiries
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Assist with order processing and tracking
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales support roles preferred
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in warm calling activities
