About the position

Maintex, Inc. is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Sales Support Representative to provide exceptional service to commercial customers and field sales representatives. The role involves managing multiple tasks, including handling calls and emails, while utilizing an ERP system to ensure efficient communication and support.

Responsibilities

• Interact with commercial customers and field sales representatives.
• Manage multiple calls and emails daily while providing top-notch service.
• Utilize an ERP system for customer service tasks.
• Ensure clear communication with customers and sales reps.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of non-retail customer service experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Prior experience with Infor SX.e or CloudSuite Distribution is a plus.
