Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • Administrative and customer service experience.
  • Experience with MAS90/SAGE 100 software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to perform in a high work volume environment.
  • Ability to manage demanding customer service situations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with parts inventory.
  • Excellent time management skills.
