About The Position

The Customer Service Security Officer position involves observing and reporting activities and incidents at an assigned client site, ensuring the security and safety of client property and personnel. The role requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain. The position is essential for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring the premises and providing customer service and information to a client's employees and customers.

Requirements

  • Must be comfortable with a lot of walking.
  • Must have excellent customer service skills.
  • Must pass a drug screen and background check.
  • Must meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.
